Dr Sinclair possesses over 20 years experience in conducting industry-linked research work. Dr Sinclair’s work has focused on the development and transfer of novel technologies to industry. Areas currently under investigation include microbiological challenge tests, barrier testing of medical packaging, rational design of medical webs, barrier conversion, aerosol technology and contamination control. In 1990, Dr Sinclair was joint recipient of the Parenteral Society Annual Award for a paper entitled "Airborne Microbial Challenges of Blow/Fill/Seal Equipment: A Case Study". He is the author of over 20 research articles and named inventor in six international patents/patent applications. |
